PKNS has developed 11 townships over the last 47 years and currently has over 10,000 acres of land bank with an estimated total value of RM4 billion (as of 2010). The 11 townships are:
- Shah Alam
- Petaling Jaya
- Kota Puteri
- Bandar Baru Sultan Suleiman
- Bangi
- Antara Gapi
- Bernam Jaya
- Damansara
- Ampang, Hulu Klang
- Kelana Jaya
As of 31 December 2010, PKNS has built 150,221 residential houses, 2,234 shops and 456 factories throughout Selangor (excluding properties built under subsidiary, privatised and joint-venture projects). These properties have a total value of RM11.39 billion.
